LEED Development and Management

Bgreen2 coordinates and manages all aspects of the Green building process using the United States Green Building Council, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) guidance.  Bgreen2 seeks to effectively support a high quality client experience and provide the best possible return on investment.  We work with clients to identify the appropriate LEED goals, ensure that their Green intentions and parameters are achieved and assist them with maximizing the benefits of the Green building.  

Our approach includes providing strategic guidance that identifies the low cost and high value path to the client’s Green building goals.  Bgreen2 works closely with the design, construction, and operations project team to ensure a smooth and seamless project outcome.  We work with the client to optimize the buildings environmental performance including energy efficiency and resource conservation.  This process may include product and technology research and recommendations, plan and specification review and technical support and coordination.  Bgreen2 also provides alternative and renewable energy feasibility analysis and tax incentive, credits and deduction research in support of LEED projects.
