Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Bgreen2 is experienced in conducting Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments for properties ranging from small gas stations to large industrial facilities.  We have completed hundreds of Phase I environmental site assessments and many Phase II sampling investigations under contracts with lending institutions, law firms, real estate developers, and other clients.  We understand the needs of property owners, developers, and lending institutions and can provide broad spectrum site assessment and cleanup process if necessary following the Phase I and II environmental site assessment and evaluation activities.  In addition, Bgreen2 has the ability to successfully execute multi-site portfolio projects.

Contaminant Investigation and Remediation

Bgreen2 performs site assessments and the associated soil and groundwater remediation for contaminated sites.  We have conducted UST closure programs and designed and implemented a wide range of remediation technologies at hundreds of UST sites.  Our expertise supports remediation projects involving oxygen releasing compound injection, innovative technology evaluation, risk-based cleanup, use of natural attenuation and numerous in-situ alternatives.  Bgreen2 is knowledgeable on the relevant regulatory and technical issues facing the compliance industry and assists clients with their regulatory requirements in the areas of air, waste water and storm water permitting.

Continuity of Operations Planning

Bgreen2 personnel have completed Continuity of Operations Plans for state, local and private sector clients.  This work involves assisting clients with identifying the key components that will effectively facilitate their operations in the immediate aftermath of a disaster event.  Our methodology ensures that clients identify the proper chain of command for emergency notification procedures as well as the most crucial functions to initiate following a disaster event. The planning process requires obtaining input from all mission critical client employees.  In addition, client training and program maintenance are integral aspects of the continuity planning process.
