Bgreen2’s approach is to work closely with an organization to understand its culture, products and processes.  Bgreen2 then prepares Green Action Plan that is tailored to meet the client’s goals and objectives.  We offer a mini Green Action Plan that identifies simple steps as well as broad scope Plans and multi-location programs.  All of our Green Action Plans include carbon footprinting and offer affordable and realistic ways to go Green.

Bgreen2 is unique because we not only provide a Green Action Plan but we work with clients through the implementation phase.  Our competencies range from employee roll-out to full scale Plan implementation and management.  Our implementation strategy includes components such as training and coaching, Plan monitoring and tracking and process improvement methodologies.
